Beach Walk

 Beach Walk

Original artwork and wistful poem by Kieran Gonsalves (c) 2025

The gentle sound of waves lapping on the beach washes all my stresses away
I pause to breathe in the invigorating breeze as it sweeps up the sea spray

Throwing caution to the wind, I stroll barefooted bursting bubbles of foam
A raft of sea otters frolic playfully amongst the kelp they call home

It's such a treasure to find a quiet deserted beach that is pristine clean
Far from the madding crowd, where you can soak in the ambience that's serene

Luckily we have such a spot where we can be one with God’s creation
Tell me what is your favorite way to be in nature for relaxation?

I esp love ‘On The Beach’. There is something magical being near water, hearing the sounds of moving water be it beach or waterfall. Smelling the scent of water. Bring immersed in water.
Love it!
Hard for me to in point my fave relaxation spot in Nature as all afford so much - live all be it the shadowed greenery and whispering trees in a forest to splendid vast vistas of hill and dale to mountain grandeur to a quiet meadow or a starry night. So much beauty to choose from - total ‘donut syndrome’ ie so spoilt for choice thst it’s hard to choose!
Sending much love, Cuz! Xxo (WhatsApp comment from a dear cousin in Toronto, Canada)
